Qualification & Experience

  • Educational: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university—including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD); professional degrees (CA, engineering, medicine) also acceptable
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification in officer cadre in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or RBI‑scheduled Regional Rural Bank. Experience in NBFCs, cooperatives, fintech, small finance/payment banks not valid

Local Language Proficiency

  • CIBIL score ≥ 680, with no history of loan defaults

BOB has allocated 2,500 vacancies across 18 states. The largest share is in Gujarat (1,160), followed by Maharashtra (485) and Karnataka (450). Smaller states like Sikkim, Mizoram, etc. have 3–15 vacancies each
