Pay Scale(AFC)
All positions are under Pay Band‑4 (₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 monthly), with differing Grade Pays:
- AGM (Finance): Grade Pay ₹14,500
- Managers (Technical, Finance, HR): Grade Pay ₹13,300
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Grade Pay ₹13,300 (some sources note ₹12,700 for Dy. Manager)

- Applicants must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Assamese and English.
- Age relaxation applies as per government norms:
- SC/ST candidates: +5 years
- OBC/MOBC candidates: +3 years
