- Other Terms: 11-month contract; placement at State Headquarters .
3. District Resource Person
- Posts: 5
- Qualification: Same as above
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years (as of 01-01-2025)
- Placement: Assigned to districts, transferable across Assam .
4. IT Specialist
- Posts: 1
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA
- Experience: Knowledge of MIS, software & database development and maintenance; preference for those with experience in government or private sectors
- Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years (as of 01-01-2025)
- Placement & Duration: 11-month contract at State Headquarters .
5. Accountant cum Office Assistant
- Posts: 1
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce
- Experience: Preference for experience in PSUs or government departments; knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT, P-Tax, Income Tax filing, and office software (MS Excel, Word, Tally, etc.)
- Remuneration: ₹20,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years (as of 01-01-2025)
- Appointment Terms: 11-month contract at State HQ .
6. Block Resource Person
- Posts: 36
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience & Desirable Criteria: Minimum 1 year experience in government departments or reputable civil society organizations in Assam; willingness to work across districts
- Remuneration: ₹12,000 per month plus TA/DA as per ASSA norms
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years (as of 01-01-2025)
- Placement & Duration: 1-year contract (under RGSA project), assigned to Blocks across multiple districts (e.g., Baksa, Chirang, Charaideo, etc.) .
Recruitment Process ( ASSA )
a) Written Test (Phase I)
- Format: Objective-type written exam
- Components & Marks Breakdown:
- Subject Knowledge: 50
- General Knowledge: 25
- General English: 25
- Venue: Conducted in Guwahati on a date to be announced via the website .
b) Personal Interview (Phase II)
- Shortlist: Top 3 candidates per vacancy based on written test scores
- Interview carries 20 marks
- Final selection considers cumulative marks from both stages
